Speaking up for Home Buyers - Dec 2018

Welcome to my newsletter for Poplar and Limehouse, the best way to keep up to date on some of the things I get up to as your Member of Parliament. This update is only a few snapshots; it cannot cover the regular surgeries, ongoing case work, research and many enquiries we receive every day.

If you are a constituent and would like to get in touch, please feel free to send me an email: jim.fitzpatrick.mp@parliament.uk along with your name and address.

Best wishes,

Brexit vote postponed
The week began with the Prime Minister postponing the vote on the negotiated deal; a unilateral decision I that joined all the opposition parties in voting against.  The Prime Minister then survived a 'no confidence' vote within her party.
